AirSpace Gallery window: An opportunity to create an eye-catching exhibition in our window space, which will be seen by thousands, passing the gallery each week. We like site specific, or non-specific works which will engage the public, and create a talking point.

What we will require from your proposal:

You and Your Work: A brief introduction to your background and current practice (400words max)

In the Window Proposal: A description of what you would like to do in the window (500words max) please include any special requirements you may need.

Statement Text: Successful applications are promoted in the window, through our website and social media platforms, please provide a brief synopsis of your work for this (200words max)

Images: 5 good quality images of current work, previous work, sketches or plans for the window, these need to be sent in digital format (JPG, TIFF) email or on CD or DVD. Min size 1024 x 768 pixels @ 72dpi (please ensure emailed images are no bigger than 2Mb)

Links to Website other info: Please provide links to your work previous exhibitions or other information that may help us to make a decision.

Terms and Conditions

1.    The window space is made available for a minimum of one week* for exhibiting, a charge of £50 per week will be made for successful applications, which covers admin and vinyl costs.
2.    The space provides the following facilities:
1.    The space

2.    Electrical supply
3.    Technical assistance for installation of work
4.    A Two – Three line text based window vinyl for e.g. window and title in black ( overall size for vinyl no larger than 40cm x 120cm)
5.    Front page web presence on airspacegallery.org, archival page on site.
3.    Additional promotion through existing online mailing lists and social networks is given free of charge.


*The space is guaranteed to be available for one week (7 days) which includes 1 day setup and 1 day take down in the total. Beyond this, the gallery reserves the right to reduce or increase durations given due notice.
